Izabekov Wrestling Academy is pleased to welcome Deqa Niamkey, Development Director of United World Wrestling (UWW), to Kyrgyzstan.

Deqa Niamkey leads UWW’s development initiatives, covering educational programs, high-performance athlete development, support for national federations, and the development of training infrastructure around the world.

Her visit to the Academy will provide an opportunity to present the work of Izabekov Wrestling Academy, its training infrastructure, and the conditions created in Kyrgyzstan for athletes competing at national and international levels.

The meeting is particularly significant in the context of the Academy’s development as a UWW High Performance Regional Training Centre and the continued strengthening of its cooperation with the international wrestling community.

For the Academy, this is another important step in expanding its international activities, exchanging expertise, and creating a modern training environment in Kyrgyzstan for athletes from around the world.
